At Antipode Studio, we stand by the precision and quality of our electronic hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure all electronics are placed in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Ship the package through your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
